  1) TUNNELS MONEY TO BE ONLY USED FOR THE TUNNELS
   We don't want the money to go to Ferries and Trams etc.
  2) TUNNELS TO BECOME PART OF THE NORMAL ROAD NETWORK
   Why should we pay extra to drive within Merseyside urban area?
  3) TUNNELS TO BE RUN BY NEW ORGANISATION
   Highway should not be run by a Passenger Transport Authority.
